Why refill boat mattress covers?

They may be either too hard, too soft, or collapsed over time in certain spots. We have a factory show room we welcome you to visit (2 minutes off the A38). We can also give you a rough price and estimate if you call us with your max sizes over the phone.

What options do I have?

We have a range of different densities of foam from super soft to very firm. We work with you to tailor a solution which is best suited to your needs. We are aware many mattress pads in boats are used for seating and sleeping and try to strike a balance of density that works for both purposes.

We can also create a mattress topper that goes over your cushions to even out lumps, bumps and cushion gaps. Toppers can be made from foam or we now offer British wool & 100% cotton covers that can be made to size (bring a newspaper template in to us).

What do you need to bring in?

If you have existing covers these are what we prefer to use, we can refill them with new foam for you. If you have nothing a paper template will work but we will need a side profile if there is a hull chamfer. Or if they are simple just a diagram will do.
